Hi everyone, welcome to June! Carolyn here from The Daily Obsession and you’ll know if you read my site that I really love fashion. For me, May was very Confessions of a Shopaholic style where I contemplated selling my old Louboutins in order to fund two new pairs and eBaying my Prada purse since I accidentally purchased a Tod’s overnight bag from a sale I wasn’t even supposed to go to.
But June..June is a new month with a fresh budget, but since I overdid it a little last month, I went deal hunting on Manhattanite to find pieces for my summer wardrobe. I thought I’d be stuck to sorting through winter coats in the sale section, but I actually scored some really great, warm weather finds at prices that didn’t leave me feeling like I needed to sell half my closet to pay for it. Maxi dresses are still hot this summer and I love this easy, flattering shape and sunny color. Plus it’s only $70 and made from 100% organic cotton.
